Welcome to Static Mint LLC (“Static Mint”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

These Terms apply to all clients, agencies, and visitors engaging with Static Mint’s services, including static ad design, creative services, and any related deliverables.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“client”, “you”, or “your”) and Static Mint LLC.

2. Services We Provide

Static Mint LLC provides data-driven static ad design services, including but not limited to:

• Meta-optimized static ad designs
• Creative strategy
• White-label designs for agencies
• Weekly or batch deliverables (where applicable)
• Unlimited revisions

All services aim to improve your brand’s creative performance, though we do not guarantee specific marketing results or ROAS improvements.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Wise
• PayPal
• Stripe
• Payoneer

Upfront Payment Policy

All projects require 50% upfront payment before work begins.
The remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

• 100% refundable if the client requests a return within 6–10 hours of placing the order AND before all statics have been designed
• Non-refundable once all statics have been designed or delivered
• If work has already been completed (partially or fully), the upfront payment cannot be refunded

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their order within 6–12 hours of placing it.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the official communication channel (Slack).

Cancellations requested after all statics are designed or after 12 hours will not be eligible for refunds.

6. Delivery Timeline

• First 5 static ads are delivered within 24 hours after receiving full project details.
• Additional batches follow the delivery structure agreed upon in your package or project plan.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete requirements, missing brand assets, or late responses from clients.

7. Revisions Policy

Static Mint LLC offers unlimited revisions until you are satisfied.
Revisions do not include:

• Completely new concepts unrelated to the original brief
• Revisions requested after final approval

8. Ownership & Usage Rights

Client Ownership

Once final files are delivered and the project is fully paid:

• You receive full rights to all delivered static ads.
• You may use them for any commercial purpose.

White-Label Permissions

Clients and agencies may resell or white-label our delivered designs as part of their services.

Source File Ownership

Clients own all rights to delivered assets.
Source files are included only if specified in your package or agreement.

9. Client Materials & AI Assets

Clients may provide branding assets, product images, descriptions, or copy.

• If client-provided materials are unavailable, we may use AI-generated images or resources to complete the project.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any assets they provide.

Static Mint LLC is not liable for licensing issues related to client-submitted content.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will first be handled through internal resolution.
If a resolution cannot be reached, all legal matters will fall under the laws and courts of the State of Florida, United States.

11. Communication Channels

All official support, project discussions, and updates will be conducted through:

• Slack (primary communication channel)

Communication via WhatsApp, email, or other platforms is optional and not considered official for dispute or timeline purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Static Mint LLC is not liable for:

• Advertising performance or ROAS results
• Business losses
• Third-party platform bans, restrictions, or disapprovals
• Misuse of delivered assets by clients or agencies

Our responsibility is strictly limited to delivering the static ads and revisions as agreed.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
